He and Song run a channel focused on parenting, health, and relationships, featuring brand partnerships and hosting gigs. Their financial success from content creating has afforded them a comfortable life in a luxury apartment, according to JayneStars.
Dimsum Daily reported that the couple enjoyed a rare getaway to Osaka, Japan, for Valentine's Day, where Chan shared snapshots from their trip, including playful images of Song. His "husband’s perspective" posts received praise for their warmth and intimacy.

Chan, a graduate of TVB’s 20th Artist Training Class in 2006, began his career as a host on TVB Pearl, the broadcaster’s English-language channel. He later appeared in dramas such as "Only You" (2011) and "Daddy Dearest" (2016).
Song, 39, who was raised in Sydney, entered the entertainment industry after winning Miss Chinese International in 2007. She worked at TVB for 12 years before leaving in 2019 to focus on YouTube full-time with Chan.
The couple married in 2016 and have two children together.
