American electric car maker Tesla has posted openings for five management and project development positions in Vietnam more than a month after setting up a local company.

It wants to hire a sales manager, service manager, HR business partner, purchasing manager, and project developer for charging.

For management roles, Tesla said it is seeking candidates with at least five years of experience in comparable positions, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and strong problem-solving skills, in addition to relevant professional qualifications.

For project developer of charging, Tesla wants someone "able to simultaneously manage 20+ projects in various phases without missing a beat."

The candidates need experience in contracts, real estate, utility planning, charging infrastructure, EV infrastructure policy, and local permitting. No job description mentions salaries or benefits.

Ricky Ip, the company’s Asia-Pacific recruiting lead, reposted the openings on LinkedIn and said "Tesla is officially coming to Vietnam."
