Ashley St. Clair, a conservative influencer and author, claimed she secretly gave birth to tech billionaire Elon Musk’s thirteenth child five months ago.

"Elon Musk is the father," she wrote last Friday in a post on X cited by Page Six. "I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause."

The woman, 26, urged the media to respect her child’s privacy, expressing her wish for them to have a safe and typical upbringing.

St. Clair is a conservative commentator and writer with over 1.1 million followers on X, as reported by Forbes.

She is best known for her children's book "Elephants Are Not Birds," which, according to its synopsis, centers on an elephant who comes to understand that he is not a bird even if he can sing and "Culture insists that he is."

Musk has not directly commented on St. Clair’s claim, but he has responded to a post on X that suggested the author had "plotted for HALF A DECADE to ensnare Elon Musk."

"Whoa," Musk said in the response, according to the New York Post.

Musk is the CEO of EV maker Tesla, founder of aerospace firm SpaceX, and world’s richest man with a net worth of US$394.2 billion.

He and his first wife, Justine Wilson, had six children, though their first, born in 2002, passed away from sudden infant death syndrome.

He has three more children with his second wife, the singer Grimes, and another three with Neuralink operations director Shivon Zilis.
