Vietnam to compete in FIFA Online 4 tournament

Vietnam will take on China, South Korea and Thailand at the 2021 the Electronic Arts Champions Cup (EACC) Summer.

The online football event will take place online this year from June 28 to July 4.

This edition promises to bring a more interactive and engaging experience for FIFA Online fans across Asia with exclusive content and real-time social media coverage.

Three teams will represent Vietnam in the tournament, Tony Tonyy, DIH Esport and Poloman eSport.

The tournament will be promoted and streamed live on the social media channels of the Vietnam Recreational eSport Association and cable channel VTVCab.

The group stage will be held from June 28 to 30 with 12 teams divided into four groups of three. The top two from each group will advance to the knockout stage from July 2 to 4.

There is total prize money of $100,000 on offer, with the winner getting $35,000 and the runner-up, $18,000.

FIFA Online 4 is a popular online football game developed by Electronic Arts.
