The competition, hosted by World Fitness Federation (WFF) on Saturday, brought together more than 200 athletes from 21 countries and territories. It was a part of the annual competitions of the WFF, which features over 100 member federations around the world.
The athletes competed in six categories, bodybuilding, men's physique, men's sport model, women's sport model, women's figure and women's bikini.
With the dominating number of participating athletes, Vietnam finished first overall with 20 gold medals.
In the most important event of the tournament, bodybuilding, Se Pha defeated many strong competitors to claim the gold medal.
Finishing behind Vietnam was South Korea with eight gold medals and Indonesia with seven.
