VnExpress Marathon offers 15% discount during Reunification Day holiday

VnExpress Marathon is offering a 15% discount on registrations for its upcoming races in Ha Long and Quy Nhon during the Reunification Day holiday, giving runners the chance to save up to VND224,000 (US$8.61).

The promotion runs from April 30 to May 4 and applies to all race distances. The discounted rates will be automatically applied at checkout during this period. However, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

The discount also excludes events currently in their Super Early Bird or Early Bird registration phases. It is therefore only valid for VM Ha Long, set for May 25, and VM Quy Nhon, scheduled for June 15.

VM Ha Long is in its Late Registration phase. Standard bib prices are:

  • 5 km: VND770,000 ($29.61)
  • 10 km: VND960,000 ($36.92)
  • 21 km: VND1,250,000 ($48.07)
  • 42 km: VND1,490,000 ($57.29)

With 15% discount, the adjusted prices are:

  • 5 km: VND654,500 ($25.17)
  • 10 km: VND816,000 ($31.38)
  • 21 km: VND1,062,000 ($40.83)
  • 42 km: VND1,266,000 ($48.70)

VM Quy Nhon is currently in its Regular Registration phase. Standard prices are:

  • 5 km: VND650,000 ($25.00)
  • 10 km: VND790,000 ($30.38)
  • 21 km: VND990,000 ($38.07)
  • 42 km: VND1,250,000 ($48.07)

Discounted prices with 15% off are:

  • 5 km: VND552,500 ($21.23)
  • 10 km: VND671,500 ($25.83)
  • 21 km: VND841,500 ($32.36)
  • 42 km: VND1,062,000 ($40.83)

The VnExpress Marathon Ha Long 2025, taking place on May 25, marks the fourth edition of the race and the first time it will be held in late May. The new timing coincides with the end of the academic year, making it ideal for families to combine the race with a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site. Organizers have announced plans to enhance the runner experience this year.

Three weeks later, on June 15, the VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon will return. As the longest-running event in the VM series, it coincides with the peak tourist season in Binh Dinh Province. The race is expected to draw around 10,000 participants and continues to serve as a key event connecting sports with local tourism.

Binh Dinh will host a tourism week around the race day, featuring cultural and entertainment events such as beauty pageants, food festivals, and kite performances.
