VM Hanoi Midnight 2024 opens registration

The tournament takes place on Nov. 24. Before opening registration for the Super Early Bird (SEB) period as usual, on May 16, the organizers opened the special sale of Bib for individuals.

Accordingly, buyers will enjoy the most preferential price compared to all the remaining stages.

The 10km distance costs VND629,000, the 21km VND769,000 and 42km VND909,000.

The special registration will open for two weeks and close at 11:59 p.m. on May 29. It is expected to attract 5,000 people to register.

Bib prices will then move to the next stages of Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Regular, and Late, gradually increasing as the competition date approaches. Register here.

VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2024 is one of the first two city-level running events licensed by the Hanoi People's Committee.

The highlight of the fourth season continues to be the team competition between clubs across the country.

Teams must register during the special and Super Early Bird stages.

Each team must have at least 20 members, with 10 people including at least two female competing in the full marathon), and 10 people including at least four female in the half marathon. Achievements are calculated based on the total completion time.

This year's tournament has many changes, including the running route and starting point. Details of the changes will be announced by the organizers.

With 4 distances, the tournament takes runners to experience a round of Hanoi with ancient places from Sword Lake to Long Bien Bridge before going around West Lake, Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, and reaching the finish line.

Many people enjoy running at night when there are no car horns and the shops are closed.

Similar to other VM tournaments, runners participating in the Hanoi night run will enjoy all the amenities of water, medical care, post-race care from the organizers, security, and track safety.

Each athlete is given a race kit before the race and receives a medal when completing the race properly. Runners in the 21 and 42 km distances will receive a finisher shirt.

VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2024 takes place on Nov. 24 with an expected scale of 12,000 runners.
