University students from across Vietnam would soon get to enjoy true German football experience via the top German Bundesliga University Tour.

The tour's first stop will be the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University on November 21.

Bundesliga University Tour is organized for the first time in Vietnam by Next Media. In addition, the university would host the "Vietnamese Culture and Cuisine 2020" festival including camping activities, fashion shows, and culinary events.

"We decided to create Bundesliga University Tour to offer Vietnamese fans and particularly students the truest experience of Germany’s number one league," Do Thanh Tung, deputy director of Next Media told VnExpress.

Students will get to compete in challenges and watch a Bundesliga game on the big screen. The selected match to be broadcast live on the main stage would be the clash between Bayern Munich and Werder Breman at 9:30 p.m.

In addition, different activities will be hosted before, during the break and after the match. Students will have the chance to learn more about German football as well as interact with guests and receive great gifts.

"As a strategic partner of Bundesliga over the past five years, we will do our best to bring especially young fans closer to the action. Bundesliga University Tour is an ideal opportunity for students to experience the modern, vibrant and world-class football of Germany," Tung stated.

Throughout the 2020-2021 season, Bundesliga University Tour will continue bringing the spirit of German football to universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Next Media acquired the rights to screen Bundesliga games over five seasons, Vietnam’s matches during World Cup 2022 qualifiers, AFF Cup 2021 and domestic competitions like V. League 1 and 2, National Cup, and other youth tournaments.
