The solution to sidewalk encroachment is more parking spaces

"Singapore solved this by erecting Hawker Centers for street food, poor vendors should be subsidized to allow them to have a space, build suitable parking garages and start towing illegally parked cars and bikes. Fine shop owners heavily for encroaching on the sidewalk. Just some thoughts on the subject."
