Kylie Jenner selling mansion for $55M

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner has put her mansion in the Holmby Hills, an exclusive section of Beverly Hills, on the market for US$55 million, double what she paid four years ago.

Jenner purchased the luxurious Los Angeles home for $36.5 million in April 2020, according to The Sun.

The mansion, designed by developer Gala Ashe, features seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, spanning over 15,000 square feet while sitting on 0.83 acres of land. The opulent property is also located just off Sunset Boulevard.

"Exceptionally built and designed single story style modern compound offers the ultimate in elegance, style, and technology and features many additional unique and important amenities," reads the description for the California property on Zillow.

Among the standout features are an outdoor projection screen, a home theater, multiple bars and game rooms, and a sports court.

According to The Mirror, Jenner made the Holmby Hills estate her residence after selling her previous $20 million Beverly Hills mansion, a property she shared with her ex-boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott. Over the past three years, Jenner has called this seven-bedroom mansion home with her two children, daughter Stormi and 23-month-old son Aire.

Kylie Jenner, born 1997, is an American reality TV star, media personality, and businesswoman. She first gained media attention appearing in the reality television series "Keeping Up" with the Kardashians from 2007 to 2021, the later became the founder and owner of cosmetic company Kylie Cosmetics.

In 2019, Forbes magazine named her as the world's youngest self-made billionaires.
