Nestled in its own private bay, set against the backdrop of Fairy Mountain, and overlooking the ocean, every aspect of the all-new five-star retreat Gran Meliá Nha Trang is designed to ignite the imagination and stimulate the senses.
Opened in July 2023, the resort features 94 private pool villas, indulgent wellness offerings, and a passion for gastronomy – including one of the first Asian outposts of Hispania, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant – offering visitors ways to unwind.

Discover the coral world
Nature lovers and passionate conservationists can help protect Vietnam’s underwater world with the newly launched "Coral Discovery" marine conservation experiences.
Guided by expert biologists, these journeys invite between two and 12 guests to learn the art of attaching new coral fragments to a colorful reef, either just steps from the resort’s shore or further out at Tri Nguyen Island, which can be reached by luxury yacht or catamaran.
As these young corals blossom, they will develop into an amazing ecosystem that attracts tropical fish and other exotic species, creating lasting benefits for the entire ocean.
With a choice of two- or five-hour excursions suitable for accomplished divers and newcomers alike, plus refreshments and professional photos as a memento to take home, these unforgettable experiences will help all ages foster a deeper connection with the environment.

Set sail on a Catamaran Voyage
Vietnam’s sparkling seascapes can also be admired with a private "Catamaran Voyage" aboard the resort’s luxurious yacht.
Available for between two and 12 people, this half-day private charter will let guests glide across the turquoise sea, past enchanting islands, pristine beaches, and jungle-clad mountains.
Throughout the morning or afternoon, every party can customize their excursion with a choice of activities, such as snorkeling, stand-up paddle-boarding, and sea fishing, and the boat’s expert crew will provide daytime refreshments and a delectable lunch or dinner.
Every voyage will also include a stop at a secluded island, adding a sense of discovery to this day on the ocean.
Soak up local culture with Private Cooking Experiences
Nha Trang is a paradise for seafood lovers, with an amazing array of local delicacies sustainably caught and sold fresh every day at bustling markets.
Foodies can learn the art of Michelin-rated cuisine with a "Private Cooking Experience." More than just a cooking class, this culinary adventure commences with a trip to a bustling local fishing market before guests return to Gran Meliá Nha Trang to craft a seafood paella according to a time-honored recipe from the celebrated Spanish chef Marcos Morán from Hispania, accompanied by homemade sangria.
Every guest will also be presented with a recipe book, allowing them to wow their friends at home with their new-found cooking skills.
World-class Spanish cuisine at Hispania
Ever since it opened in December 2023, Hispania has become one of Vietnam’s most sought-after places to dine.
Guided by Chef Marcos, the fifth-generation culinary master who already has two restaurants in Europe, including his Michelin-starred Casa Gerardo in Spain, this dazzling dining destination represents the pinnacle of Spanish gastronomy in Southeast Asia.
Diners at Gran Meliá Nha Trang can now savor Hispania’s signature "100-Year" menu, so-called because it showcases century-old recipes that have been handed down through the generations and artfully reimagined with contemporary techniques.
With fresh seafood crafted in authentic Iberian styles, prime meats cooked on a sizzling Josper grill, sublime soups, rich and flavorful rice dishes, and more, all presented in a stunning seafront setting, this is the ultimate experience for lovers of fine gastronomy.
