The fair is organized in collaboration with the general consulates of France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, and the Netherlands.
The event aims to raise funds for charity and will take place at the mansion garden of the Consulate General of France, located at 6 Le Duan Street in District 1.
The mansion's garden, spanning over 1.5 hectares, features ancient trees and serves as a sanctuary for rare ferrets, squirrels, and birds.
Every year, during the annual "European Heritage Days" celebration, the Consulate General of France also opens its doors to the public for free.
Visitors attending this year’s Christmas fair will have the chance to engage in different activities, including tasting traditional Christmas food and drink, browsing craft stalls and European decorations. Children will have the opportunity to try horseback riding.
All profits generated from the event will be donated to five charitable organizations operating in Vietnam: Deutsche Cleft Kinderhilfe e.V., E-ducare, the Ho Chi Minh Heart Institute, Ba Chieu Shelter, and Song Foundation.
The fair is scheduled to run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 25.
Admission to the fair costs VND30,000 ($1.24) per person.
