The list published by travel blog Traveller's Elixir is topped by the Indian capital New Delhi at $181 followed by Cambodia's Phnom Penh ($224).
The blog studied 60 of the world's most popular travel destinations to determine which ones are light on tourists' pockets based on a three-star hotel stay, daily food and transportation costs and entry tickets of tourist attractions.
Kathmandu in Nepal is third at $229 followed by Tbilisi in Georgia ($249) and Medellin in Colombia ($255).
The top 10 is rounded off by Chiang Mai and Bangkok in Thailand, Cairo in Egypt and Luang Prabang in Laos.
Monaco is the most expensive destination at $2,258.
