Hang made the comment on Thursday while answering to a reporter's query on Vietnam's response to the bombing.

The Islamic State jihadist group said Thursday that it carried out the twin bombings which killed 84 people in Iran.
Iran has yet to complete its investigation into the twin suicide bombings.
The United States rejected any suggestion that it or its ally Israel were behind the bombings, while Israel declined to comment.
