Hope Foundation to build more schools in rural areas

In remote corners of the country, many teachers and their students have to make do with poorly equipped dilapidated classrooms that are not safe, adversely affecting the children’s health as well as access to quality education.

The "Schools of sunshine" campaign was initiated in April 2018 to raise funds and improve education quality in such remote corners. The campaign aims to build new schools, buy books and study equipment and provide students with grants.

Tens of thousands of donors have backed the campaign over the last three years, helping build classrooms and boarding rooms in remote areas of Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Quang Nam and Son La Provinces.

It plans to build around 30 more classrooms this year.

We encourage and request everyone to donate generously so that our less privileged children get the crucial opportunity to a better quality education.
