Deluge turns life upside down in central Vietnam

With roads blocked and homes inundated, people in central Vietnam are trying to save as much property from floods as possible.

Submerged houses in Quang Tri Province. From Tuesday night to Thursday morning, the rainfall amount was measured at 409 mm and 348 mm in Huong Linh Commune and Lao Bao Town of Quang Tri’s Huong Hoa District and in Lao Bao Town. In Cam Lo District, gardens and farms have been two-three meters under water.
