Gasoline prices rose marginally Thursday while those of diesel fell.

The popular fuel RON95 went up 0.16% from a week ago to VND24,950 ($0.98) per liter. Biofuel E5 RON92 was unchanged at VND23,910.

Diesel declined by 0.53% to VND20,600.

Regulators said that global fuel prices have been fluctuating in the last seven days due to rising oil inventory in the U.S. and the ongoing Russia-Ukraine military conflict.

RON95 rose 0.2% to $101.3 per barrel while diesel declined by 0.8% to $100.
