Gasoline price drops, diesel rises

Gasoline prices fell slightly while those of diesel rose Thursday afternoon.

The popular fuel RON95 dropped 0.04% to VND23,540 per liter. Biofuel E5 RON92 declined by 0.09% to VND22,490.

Diesel rose 0.34% to VND20,540.

Vietnamese authorities adjusted gasoline prices in response to rising inflation in China and a more significant drop in U.S. commercial oil supplies than previously anticipated.

Globally gasoline prices fell marginally while oil prices went up 0.5-2.5%.
