According to Healthline, a 240-ml serving of coconut water contains 60 calories, 15 grams of carbohydrates, and 8 grams of sugar, and provides 4% of the daily value for calcium and magnesium, 2% for phosphorus, and 15% for potassium.

This low calorie content makes it a gentle, soothing choice for the stomach. Meanwhile, its potassium content and bioactive enzymes facilitate easy digestion, which supports weight loss. Additionally, despite its low carbohydrate content, it can keep you feeling full for an extended period.

According to Eating Well, a 240-ml serving of coconut water also contains 2.5 grams of fiber, which is about 10% of the daily recommended intake for adults.

Increasing fiber in the diet helps prevent constipation, improve digestion, enhance satiety, reduce cravings, and lower calorie intake, which all contribute to effective weight loss.

As a result, coconut water not only hydrates but also stabilizes electrolyte levels, enhances metabolism, and increases calorie burning. It is abundant in fiber, vitamins, and other essential nutrients, which support digestion, heart health, and the prevention of kidney stones.
