Speaking on August 2 in an interview with Spotv News about his return to television in "Red Swan," Bi Rain, 42, emphasized his commitment to fitness.
"I work out for about an hour every day without rest. My left knee cartilage is almost worn out, but after initially seeking medical help, I built muscle to overcome the issue, which made it more comfortable," he said. "I now feel more at ease both on stage and during action scenes compared to my youth."
Bi Rain mentioned that his family motivates his daily exercise routine. "There is a genetic disease in my maternal family, with everyone passing away due to diabetes. After my mother passed away early, I promised myself that if I had children, I would ensure nothing happens to me before them," he said. "If I were alone, I might become lazy, but because I have a family, I stay disciplined."
He highlighted that illness affects the entire family. "I took care of my mother for a long time. I exercise a lot to avoid being a burden to my family and to stay healthy," he said.
