At 58, Madam Pang is often admired for her youthful looks, sleek straight hair, and radiant, smooth skin. She attributes her timeless beauty to five key habits:

1. Maintaining a simple skincare routine

In a 2019 interview with the Thai newspaper Sanook, Madam Pang revealed that she follows a straightforward daily skincare regimen to maintain a youthful and vibrant look. Her routine includes cleansing, applying serum, moisturizer, and anti-aging cream.

"You don’t necessarily have to choose expensive skincare products, just pick ones that suit your skin type," she said. "I prefer products with light, moisturizing ingredients and subtle scents."

2. Drinking plenty of water

To keep her skin hydrated and glowing, Madam Pang makes it a goal to drink at least 20 glasses of water every day, which she believes is essential for maintaining her radiant complexion.

3. Eating healthily

Madam Pang emphasizes the importance of inner beauty and believes that her diet significantly impacts her appearance. Instead of following restrictive diets, she maintains healthy eating habits. She consumes four to five small meals daily to meet her nutritional needs while balancing her demanding schedule. She also prioritizes fruits, limits her meat intake, and avoids alcohol.

"I eat clean and choose healthy foods. Avoid too much sugar and greasy foods, and you’ll notice healthier skin with fewer wrinkles," she once told Praew.

4. Exercising regularly

To stay fit and maintain her toned figure, Madam Pang exercises five days a week. Her routine includes brisk 40-minute walks on her treadmill, cardio exercises to burn calories, and yoga to improve flexibility and master proper breathing techniques.

5. Prioritizing sleep

Madam Pang ensures she gets six hours of sleep every night to allow her body adequate time to rest and recover.

"When stressed, sleep is the best remedy. Even six hours of rest makes me feel lighter and less stressed," she shared with Praew.

In addition to updates about the Thai national football team, Madam Pang often uses her social media to share beauty and style advice for women, encouraging them to maintain a polished and professional appearance.

"Don’t let your hair look greasy. Find the right lipstick, practice drawing your eyebrows, and add a touch of blush for a fresh and rosy look," she wrote in one post. "Take care of your hair and choose a hairstyle that suits your face. Discover your personal style and learn how to mix and match your outfits."

Born Nualphan Lamsam, Madam Pang is the fifth-generation heiress of a family with extensive interests in banking and insurance, including significant stakes in KBank, Phatra Insurance, Muang Thai Insurance, and Muang Thai Life Assurance.

Her family, led by her cousin Banthoon Lamsam, ranks as the 37th richest in Thailand, according to Forbes. Madam Pang herself serves as the director and CEO of Muang Thai Insurance.

Beyond her business accomplishments, Madam Pang has made a lasting impact on Thai football. Over the past decade, she has been instrumental in the success of both the men’s and women’s national teams.

Under her leadership, the women’s team competed in the 2015 and 2019 World Cups, while the men’s team secured back-to-back AFF Cup (now ASEAN Cup) titles in 2020 and 2022. Following the men’s 2022 AFF Championship victory, she personally rewarded the team with 26 million baht (US$750,000), as reported by The Nation.

During the 2023 World Cup, she pledged 1 million baht for every point the national team earned in the second-round qualifiers.

Madam Pang also helped elevate Thai professional football club Port FC to prominence during her tenure as club president. At a team bonding event, she famously gifted players and staff luxurious items, including Rolex watches, iPhone 13s, and designer bags.

In Feb. 2023, Madam Pang achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first woman elected as president of the Football Association of Thailand, winning the majority of votes.
