Masks have become indispensable at fashion shows and show biz events amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Vietnam International Fashion Week became a canvas for many celebrities to show off their styles. To keep themselves safe from the Covid-19 risks, many choses masks with diverse styles and designs to hit the red carpet.In the photo, actress Diem My walks the red carpet with a clear mask.

Many fashion designers like Cong Tri and Nguyen Tien Truyen also promote masks in their new collection at the fasion week, held in Saigon from December 3-6, 2020.Several days before the event kicked off, on November 29, a Vietnam Airlines flight attendant was identified as the source of transmission in HCMCs latest Covid-19 outbreak as he was confirmed positive with the nocel coronavirus. On December 7, Deputy PM Vu Duc Dam said the Covid-19 situation in HCMC is basically under control after the community transmissions.

Fashion designers like Cong Tri and Nguyen Tien Truyen also promoted masks in their new collections at the fashion week held in Saigon from December 3-6.
