Miss Universe Vietnam Nguyen Tran Khanh Van to marry photographer 17 years her senior

Nguyen Tran Khanh Van, who won the 2019 Miss Universe Vietnam pageant, revealed that she has accepted a marriage proposal from her boyfriend.

Van revealed the news on Sunday by posting a photo on her Facebook page in which she is seen embracing a man while sporting a diamond ring on her ring finger. She captioned the image with: "Yes. I do."

The announcement was met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans and friends, many of whom are looking forward to receiving a wedding invitation.

Sources close to Van, 29, have disclosed to NgoiSao that her fiancé is 46-year-old photographer Nguyen Long, who is also her manager. The pair, who have been together for approximately three years, have been inseparable in both their professional and personal lives, often attending entertainment events and parties together. Observers have commented on the couple’s complementary appearance.

Long, who has experienced a previous marriage, also has an 11-year-old son.

Van represented Vietnam at the 2021 Miss Universe pageant and finished in the top 21. She is actively pursuing her career as a model, actress, and philanthropist.
