Erling Haaland and girlfriend tour $4.6M mansion in Cheshire

The Sun reports that the residence, currently owned by English footballer Danny Ings, was constructed in 2017. It features six bedrooms, six reception rooms, a gym, a swimming pool, a steam room, and a sauna. The mansion is also located just a five-minute drive from Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish’s home, who is a close friend of Haaland.

The Norwegian striker presently resides in a leased property in the village of Alderley Edge, Cheshire, believed to be owned by the Kamani family, who founded the fashion brands BooHoo and PrettyLittleThing. His interest in buying this mansion indicates that he might be considering establishing permanent roots in the U.K., sparking rumors of a possible extended stay at Manchester City amid interest from clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid.

"Haaland has always kept his cards close to his chest about his future plans on the pitch," said a source. "When he first moved to Manchester, he moved into a flat, and then more recently, he has been living at the rented property."

"But the fact he’s looking to splash some cash could mean he’s thinking about staying at City long-term, which is good news for City fans and bad news for everyone else," this person added.

At 24, Haaland has already accumulated a significant property portfolio, which includes a 6-million-pound mansion in Marbella, Spain, and a 2.6-million-pound apartment in Oslo, Norway.

Haaland started training in professional football at the academy of his hometown club Bryne when he was five years old.

He debuted with Molde FK, based in Molde, Norway, in 2017. During his first season in the Premier League in 2022, Haaland set a new record for the most goals scored in a single season, tallying 36 goals. He reportedly earns 375,000 pounds per week at Manchester City.

He also competes for the Norwegian national team and has played in various age categories.
