The actress shared moments from their trip on Instagram, posting a photo of a tree tagged at Kalimantan Lookout Point in Sarawak and another image of herself and Summer exploring the rainforest.
According to The Star, Tang expressed her admiration for Sarawak’s rich biodiversity.
"I’ve always said humans are similar to animals, but this time in Borneo, especially in front of this tree, I felt like I instantly became a citizen of a miniature world," she wrote on Instagram.
The trip also deepened Tang’s connection with nature, as she reflected on the peace she felt while hiking through the vibrant greenery.
Stepping into nature naturally brings peace to the heart. It feels like coming home. Pure nature, without the concrete and steel," Tang shared. "Our body, created by nature, longs for it."
Though her captions were brief, Tang revealed in the comments that her holiday also included visits to Indonesia.
