Calling the city the second most attractive destination in Asia for foodies, the magazine said "street food is a way of life in Vietnam," where many locals prefer to consume their meals at plastic seats and tables on the pavement.
The magazine advised travelers to try exploring Ho Chi Minh City's extensive streets on a Vespa, an iconic Italian scooter in Vietnam, to savor the street foods like banh mi (baguette sandwiches) and squid porridge.
The Indian capital, New Delhi, topped the list. HCMC was followed by Osaka, Seoul and Singapore.
