The restaurant is decorated with exhibits simulating Japanese handmade fans handcrafted from 24K gold. It has 10 private rooms, a sushi bar, an open dining area and a teppanyaki area. Chefs perform typical Japanese cooking techniques in front of diners. |
Her family also rented the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake. The hotel has a classic Chinese design with luxurious interiors. |
She also enjoyed cuisine at Jin Sha restaurant with one Michelin star rating located on the hotel premises. Surrounding the hotel is a lake and a green garden. The restaurant is famous for its neoclassical Zhejiang-style dishes such as braised abalone pork belly, and crème brûlée with Longjing tea for dessert. |
