Once the panels are installed, 45 megawatt-peak of solar energy would be generated, KCN said in a statement without providing details about installation cost or schedule.
The annual output would be 51 gigawatt-hours, reducing 23,390 tons of CO2, it said.
TotalEnergies would maintain the systems for 20 years.
The French company produces and markets oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gases, renewables, and electricity. It has 100,000 employees globally.
KCN manages around 250 hectares of industrial lands.
