The project is set to become a new hub for the international community, providing an ideal living environment.
Vietnam's location in Southeast Asia positions it as a key hub for trade and supply chains, making it an attractive destination for global investors and high-net-worth individuals seeking residence.
Matthew Powell, Director of Savills Hanoi, highlighted that Vietnam is increasingly appealing to the ultra-rich due to its strategic location, rapid economic growth, natural landscapes, and improving living standards.
Experts believe that recent legal changes have created opportunities for the international community seeking a second home in Vietnam. The Housing Law and Real Estate Business Law now allow foreigners to own homes for up to 50 years from the date of certification, with the possibility of a one-time extension for another 50 years, effectively offering near-lifetime ownership. These new regulations give foreign buyers confidence in holding direct ownership.

Despite these favorable laws, the number of projects approved for sale to foreigners remains limited, even as demand continues to rise. This shortage is especially evident in western Hanoi, an area popular with foreign experts, workers in high-tech zones, FDI enterprises, and diplomatic agencies.
Vinhomes Wonder City stands out as one of the few projects approved to meet the demand for foreign homeownership under the new regulations. The Hanoi Department of Construction has authorized the sale of up to 250 low-rise units to foreign organizations and individuals within the project. Wang Wei-cheng, a Taiwanese national who has worked in Hanoi for five years, has seized this opportunity, stating, "As soon as I heard the news, my wife and I went to survey and choose a unit to sign the sales contract."
Vinhomes Wonder City is positioned as the "City of Trendy Experiences," adhering to international standards in planning, amenities, security, and operations. The project spans 133.4 hectares, with 24.9 hectares dedicated to green spaces and water bodies. A highlight is the 19-hectare interconnected park complex, designed to enhance the physical and mental well-being of residents, including Wellness Park, Adventure Park, Athletic Park, and BBQ Park.

The development also boasts 99 high-end, "tailor-made" amenities for the international community, such as a nearly 5,000 sq.m golf practice area, almost 50 multi-purpose sports courts, a 7,000 sq.m swimming pool complex, an 18-hectare event plaza, and a resort-standard wellness center.
Complementing these features is an all-in-one ecosystem that includes Vinschool, a Vincom shopping mall, and 5-star standard property management and operation services by Vinhomes.
Vinhomes Wonder City also ensures a secure, enclosed living environment with a multi-layered security system, 24/7 patrols, and a comprehensive network of smart cameras, comparable to ultra-luxury secluded communities like One Hyde Park (London) or Beverly Park (Los Angeles).

Another key factor that makes Vinhomes Wonder City an ideal residence is its modern, multi-connected transportation infrastructure. The West Thang Long arterial road is ahead of schedule and is expected to be completed six months early.
Ring Road 3.5 and the road parallel to Ring Road 4 are expected to be completed by the end of the year. Metro Line 4, with a station within the project, is also part of the planning. Once the infrastructure is completed, residents of Vinhomes Wonder City will enjoy convenient commutes, reaching Tay Ho in just 15 minutes and Noi Bai Airport in 20 minutes.
