Located on a 5-hectare site in central Da Lat, Haus Da Lat overlooks Xuan Huong Lake and is designed as a "pine forest preservation" project. The development is positioned as a new cultural destination for the city.
As Vietnam's first ESG-oriented real estate complex, the project brings together internationally recognized designers and consultants. Its architectural landscape was designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates (KKAA), while Isometrix Lighting & Design contributes to its lighting aesthetics. 1508 London oversees residential space planning.
Luxury lifestyle experts are also involved in the project. Copper Beech, known for managing private clubs for billionaires, provides consultation on operations for the 68 Sky Villas, Sky Mansions, and Private Club. Mitchell & Eades, a high-end interior design brand, is designing the Haus Wellness Center, which will be operated by Chiva-Som, a wellness brand founded by former Thai Deputy Prime Minister Boonchu Rojanastien.
