VCBR promotes digitization and diversification of remittance payment services to create faster and more convenient venues for customers to send money to Vietnam.

At the Clients Conference held by VCBR in August 2022, Jorge De Feria, Operations Director of SIGUE, a global money transfer company, said: "Our customers have proven many times, no matter how difficult they are, they will still find ways to send money to support their families back at home as we have seen in previous crises."

When the world was facing the risk of the global economic crisis and rising inflation, which caused adverse impact on the operation of all sectors, and in particular remittances, VCBR has identified the risks and proactively responded.

VCBR offers a variety of remittance payment methods for senders from other countries to Vietnam including home delivery, cash pickup at bank counters, 24/7 account deposit and digital wallet transfer. Customers receiving overseas remittances via VCBR enjoy more incentives and utilities.
