Launched in late September, the project covers about 1.2 hectares in the center of Crescent Lake, regarded as the heart of Phu My Hung's central business district (CBD). It has four frontages on Tran Van Tra, Nguyen Khac Vien, Luther King and Pham Thieu streets.

Upcoming additions to the locale include state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, commercial developments, five-star hotels and an art center. Upgrades are also planned for Crescent Lake and Nguyen Luong Bang Street, with construction and completion scheduled between 2026 and 2031.
Truong Quoc Hung, Vice President of Phu My Hung, described the location as "valuable and rare" because of its position in an established urban area.
Residential land is limited in the International Commercial and Financial District and Crescent Lake area, he said, adding that housing supply is expected to become increasingly scarce.
According to Hung, the location gives the development two dimensions of value: as a residence reflecting its owner's lifestyle and as a long-term asset.
Living in the CBD while retaining privacy
Phu My Hung's master plan integrates residential areas into the urban center rather than separating them from CBDs.
The developer said the approach reflects Vietnamese lifestyles and helps keep the area active throughout the day and into the evening.
When developing the master plan, U.S.-based consultancy SOM studied Vietnamese culture, habits and living needs before allocating part of the central area to residential development.

"Triton Crown residents can step outside into a vibrant urban environment day and night, while returning home to a private and quiet space where they can relax," Hung said.
Its design follows the same approach, placing residents in the CBD while providing private spaces within the development.
Open space and private amenities
The project comprises two towers of 16 and 18 stories, with 297 apartments, 28 shophouses and four mixed residential and commercial units.
The development is designed for a relatively limited number of residents, which aims to reduce pressure on shared spaces and support a stable residential community.
It targets affluent buyers, including entrepreneurs and senior corporate executives, with spaces focused on well-being, social interaction and leisure.
The project has a construction density of more than 58% and a floor area ratio of about 4.68. The remaining space is allocated to landscaping, open areas, internal circulation and amenities.

To get more natural light, breezeways, and welcoming walkways for residents, Handel Architects elevated parts of the lower structure with large V-shaped columns, referencing the traditional stilt houses of Vietnam’s riverine heritage.
The project has around 1,200 square meters of private amenities. Health and wellness facilities include a gym, yoga, dance and Pilates spaces, a red-light and therapy sauna and a swimming pool. Work, social and entertainment facilities include a library, meeting rooms, a right-and-left-hand golf simulator, dining spaces and communal areas.
Parking provides more than one space per apartment. The basement has a clearance of about 2.6 meters and a highest of 13-degree ramp designed to accommodate low-clearance vehicles, including supercars. Parking spaces are equipped with sensors, navigation system and infrastructure ready for electric charging.

Both towers received EDGE preliminary certifications in July 2026.
Tower A is projected to achieve energy savings of 34.39%, water savings of 28% and a 24.74% reduction in embodied carbon in materials. Tower B's corresponding figures are 29.46%, 29% and 21.12%.
Neil MacGregor, CEO of Savills Vietnam, said the development's planning indicates that the developer did not seek to maximize the number of apartments on the site.
The limited scale of 297 apartments, parking ratio of more than one space per unit, green areas and wellness facilities contribute to the project's high-end residential offering and reflect the needs of its target residents, he said.
According to the developer, buyers in this segment consider more than apartment size and location, with privacy, living-space quality, overall experience and convenient access to everyday needs also important.
A prime location can lose some of its advantages if a development is built at excessive density, it added.
"Triton Crown seeks to balance quality of life, the resident experience and a prime location," a Phu My Hung representative said. "It is designed as a long-term residential environment for affluent homeowners."
