Phu My Hung Development Corporation has announced that Ruby Business Co., Ltd. (Ruby Home), its subsidiary, will serve as the developer of the Harmonie project in the Chanh Hiep area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Ruby Home is headquartered on Binh Duong Boulevard in Thu Dau Mot Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Phu My Hung said disclosing the legal entity responsible for the project aims to enhance transparency and provide customers and partners with clear legal information during transactions. The project will be developed under unified standards, planning and management within the company's system.

Alongside the announcement, the company confirmed that Phase 1 sales for Towers A2 and A3 are scheduled to begin on March 14. Customers who previously completed registration and deposits are expected to be invited to select apartments.

Harmonie marks the company's expansion into the northeastern area of Ho Chi Minh City. The project is located at the intersection of Vo Van Kiet Street and the My Phuoc-Tan Van Expressway. According to the developer, it is positioned in the affordable segment, a category in which the company has had limited new launches in recent years.

The project covers approximately 2 hectares and comprises five towers of 32-34 floors, offering 1,490 apartments and 23 commercial units at podium level. Two-bedroom units (66-74 square meters) account for about 69% of the total supply, one-bedroom units (39-42 square meters) make up around 18%, and the remainder includes three-bedroom apartments as well as several ground-floor and garden units.

In terms of planning, the towers are arranged along the site boundary to create a central open space. The internal area is designed as a landscaped zone intended to increase greenery and water features within the project.

The amenity system is structured across multiple levels and includes facilities such as an elevated jogging track, a sky bridge, and a designated refuge floor. The developer said these amenities are intended to support recreation and community interaction.

For residential layouts, the project introduces a "3+" design concept aimed at optimizing natural ventilation and lighting, with main living spaces positioned to access outdoor light and airflow.

The development is located near industrial zones including VSIP 1 and VSIP 2, which host a large number of experts and skilled workers. This group is identified by the developer as a potential target segment for mid-range to upper mid-range housing.

A company representative said the project aligns with its broader strategy of expanding into areas with urbanization potential, alongside other large-scale developments. Amid limited new apartment supply in Ho Chi Minh City and sustained price levels, projects in expansion corridors are expected to attract young buyers and owner-occupiers.
