Stig Maasbøl brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience to his new role, including his current position as group CEO of Scancom International A/S.
He succeeds Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg, who will remain on the board of Norbreeze Group and continue as group CEO and chairman of the subsidiary companies.
Having served on the Norbreeze Group Board and as vice chairman of its subsidiary companies for over four years, Stig Maasbøl's transition to chairman is seen as a natural progression in his leadership journey with the group.

In his new role, Stig Maasbøl will focus on strengthening the foundation of Norbreeze Group and driving consistent double-digit growth with strong profitability.

He also acknowledged the contributions of Waldemar Schmidt, who served as chairman for 10 years and had a substantial impact on the company's growth and strategic direction. Waldemar Schmidt will continue to contribute as a senior advisor to the Norbreeze Group Board.
