The "human-centric urbanism" philosophy aims to create living spaces that foster a strong connection between the environment and quality of life. The Biophilia design approach, implemented by WATG, is central to the project, offering residents a sense of rejuvenation and enhancing connections to nature across 450,000 sq m of green space and water features.
