Druce will expand the reach of Masterise Homes' global real estate product distribution network. The company will introduce foreign investors in Singapore, Dubai and Europe to many projects, including Grand Marina, Saigon (District 1, HCMC), The Ritz-Carlton Residences at The Grand, Hanoi (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi), and future high-rise subdivisions in The Global City (An Phu, Thu Duc City, HCMC).

In the first phase, Druce will concentrate on the distribution of two projects Grand Marina, Saigon, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi. Situated in CBD of two most important cities in Vietnam, both projects are associated with luxury brands of Marriott International, the largest hotel chain in the world.

Druce is a part of the strategy to expand Masterise's distribution network of world-class real estate products in Vietnam to the global market, according to Gibran Bukhari, Head of Sales, Masterise Homes.

Many foreign investors familiar with the Vietnamese real estate industry view this country as a desirable investment location with good returns.

This will be a chance to more aggressively appeal to the demand for foreign investment in Vietnam after more than two years of the pandemic, especially products associated with well-known international brands.

"We expect our partnership with Druce will not only bring successful transactions in the international market but also a chance for the world to know the historical, cultural and economic values of Vietnam through real estate projects," said Bukhari.

This is not the first time Masterise Homes has distributed its products in an international market. The Marriott and JW Marriott branded residences at Grand Marina, Saigon were successfully "exported" to the Hong Kong market in 2021 by this entity.

According to Robert Bartlett, Global CEO, Druce & Co International, Vietnam is a potential market but less well-known in Europe.

"Without a doubt, we could see that Masterise Homes is the leading developer in Vietnam with world-class projects associated with strong brands that can guarantee top-notch services and property management. The products are extremely favorable in comparison to other choices that the global population have which we knew that we could showcase these masterpieces around the world," he added.
