Gasoline prices in Vietnam have been fluctuating in a small margin since the end of October.

The popular fuel RON95 on Thursday dropped 1.39% from a week ago to VND20,560 (US$0.81) per liter.

Biofuel E5 RON92 gained 0.10% to VND19,860.

Diesel fell 2.08% to VND18,380.

In the last seven days fuel prices were affected by declining crude oil inventory in the U.S., anticipation of OPEC+’s reduced production, and ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine, regulators said.

Globally gasolines dropped 1.7% and oils fell 1.9-2.3% in the period.

RON95 is now at $83.9 per barrel and diesel $87.6.
