Vietnam gasoline price bounced back Thursday afternoon, reversing a plunge which began three weeks ago.

The popular fuel RON95 gained 0.91% to VND19,900 (US$0.76) per liter.

Biofuel E5 RON92 went up 0.47% to VND19,220.

Diesel fell 0.97% to VND18,420.

The global petroleum market over the past seven days has been influenced by several factors, including OPEC+'s announcement of an increase in oil production for November, though lower than expected, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Weakening global oil demand and Ukraine's continued escalation of attacks on Russia's energy infrastructure also affected the market, it added.

RON95 went up 0.9% to $79, while diesel fell 1.4% to $86.5.
