Biofuel E5 RON92 gained 3.73% to VND19,760.

Diesel went up 7.38% to VND19,200, highest since July 1.

Globally the oil market over the past seven days has been influenced by several factors such as the U.S. announcement of sanctions on Russia's two largest oil and gas corporations, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Other factors include new U.S. trade negotiations with India and China, and the expected OPEC+ increase in oil production in December, it added.

RON95 increased by 5.1% to $82.2 per barrel while diesel added 8.9% to $90.94.
