Gasoline prices on Thursday afternoon rose for the fourth week in the row.

The popular fuel RON95 went up 2.35% to VND23,550 ($0.93) per liter.

Biofuel E5 RON92 rose 2.05% to VND22,460. Diesel increased by 2.37% to VND21,170.

Regulators cited rising tension in the Middle East, Ukraine's attacks on Russia's oil refineries, and increased fuel demand in the U.S. as reasons for the fuel price fluctuations in the last seven days.

In the period, gasoline went up 2.8-3.5% while oils added 0.1-2%. RON95 is now at $98.2 per barrel and diesel $102.6.
