Marina Central Tower: new symbol in HCMC center

As a key component of Grand Marina, Saigon, a prestigious branded residence complex developed by Masterise Homes in downtown District 1, this 55-story landmark offers panoramic views of the Saigon River, Ba Son Bridge, and the entire city centre.

According to the assessment of real estate company Avison Young Vietnam, it is an integrated commercial building with the largest scale in Ho Chi Minh City in the recent 5 years.

The tower uses modern architecture design, a sleek square facade with some stylized multi-level floors, creating a green space suspended in the air.

Located at the prime location at the intersection of Ton Duc Thang and Nguyen Huu Canh streets, alongside the Saigon River, Marina Central Tower is directly connected to the Ba Son underground station of metro line No.1.
