Midori Park the Glory consists of 24-floor buildings with around 1,000 high quality apartment units. The project is expected to complete by spring 2023, followed by handover. Aimed at upper middle class customers who want to spend time relaxing with their families, Becamex Tokyu will prioritize diverse shared facilities and elegant design.
This is one of the first apartments in Vietnam to provide co-working spaces for residents. Cloud Wi-Fi provided by NTT Corporation subsidiary NTT e-Asia will be provided across shared facilities.

Since 2012, Becamex Tokyu has been developing Tokyu Garden City in Binh Duong New City over a total area of around 1,000 ha, combining local culture with experiences from Tokyu Tama Garden City in Japan. It has developed a total four residential projects and two commercial zones, including schools, medical facilities, and public bus routes since 2014. In addition, Becamex Tokyu has held several community events to bring liveliness to the city. The company plans to operate more bus routes connecting with Ho Chi Minh City in future to further connect Binh Duong.
NTT Urban Development Corporation has participated in several real estate projects in the U.K., U.S. and Australia. Tokyu Garden City is the first project NTT Urban Development Corporation launched in Asia, with a view to expand into the Southeast Asia market.

In March 2018, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation under NTT Corporation signed a MOU of cooperation with Becamex IDC Corporation in fields of communication and information technology, aiming to develop a smart city in Binh Duong. As a joint venture, Technology & Telecommunication JSC and NTT E-Asia Vietnam will develop various telecomunination initiatives centered on FTTH services and cloud Wi-Fi, and ICT.
Binh Duong Province has a population of 2.4 million, located to the north of Ho Chi Minh City. The province ranked third nationwide in foreign direct investment (FDI) with over 4,000 FDI projects, slightly behind Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Binh Duong New City was built in 2010 across 1,000 ha (over 2,400 acres), including an administrative center, a hi-tech park, financial institutes, hotels and office buildings, exhibition centers, a university, parks, kindergartens, and hospitals.
