Vu Van Thang, general manager of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, said young people play an important role in society and make up a significant proportion of the company's independent members in Vietnam.
Programs such as "New Generation Students" give young people opportunities to express their views, test new ideas, and gain practical experience, he said.
Exposure to different perspectives and experiences can also help students recognize their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and develop skills for their future careers.
Thang encouraged students to take initiative, embrace challenges, and remain open to learning.
"Young people should believe in themselves, stay eager to learn, and actively embrace new experiences. Every experience can become a lesson that helps them grow and build a foundation for long-term development," he said.

"New Generation Students" is a reality TV program in which university students develop ideas and implement projects intended to benefit their communities.
Produced and broadcast by VTV3 since 2023, the program has received sponsorship and content development support from Herbalife Vietnam since its first season.
The 2026 season airs at 9:30 p.m. every Saturday on VTV3, starting Oct. 17.
This year, the program has also introduced its first nationwide online competition, allowing university students across Vietnam to share local concerns, propose solutions, and develop community initiatives.
While the television competition features eight official teams, the online version gives more students an opportunity to participate and contribute ideas.
VnExpress is the media and implementation partner for the online competition and has developed the website Sinhvienthehemoi.com.
The platform provides information about the program, selection rounds, projects, competing teams, participants, local issues, relevant data, and expert perspectives.
Registration for the online competition runs from Oct. 24 to Nov. 24 through the official website.
