This event, the Vietnam Electrified Vehicles Show, comes at a time when governments worldwide, including Vietnam's, are advocating for a transition from traditional gasoline-powered vehicles to electric ones.
The exhibition, organized by VnExpress, aims to educate consumers about the innovative emission reduction technologies used in these vehicles and provide a platform to explore a wide range of electrified vehicles currently available in the market.
The show will feature a plethora of car models and accessories from domestic and international brands. In the spotlight for pure electric vehicles are VinFast’s VF 5 and VF 9 models from Vietnam, and the Ioniq 5 from the Japanese brand Hyundai.
Additionally, the exhibition will highlight various notable hybrid models. These include Hyundai’s Santa Fe and Genesis, and the Nissan Kicks, which showcases Japanese e-Power technology – a combination of an electric motor drive with a gasoline engine that recharges the battery.
Emerging brands aiming to penetrate the Vietnamese market will also be present. These include Chinese carmakers Haval, showcasing their H6 hybrid, Haima with the 7X-E, and Wuling with the competitively priced Hongguang Mini EV.
Beyond mere observation, attendees will have the unique opportunity to not only see and touch these models but also test drive selected vehicles from VinFast, Hyundai, Nissan, Wuling, and MG.
