Though Lim continues to hold the legal responsibilities of a director, his involvement has been confined to what is necessary in a backend capacity, PLB told local news website Stomp in a report on Tuesday.
Lim is "not seeking any public-facing return at this stage" and primarily focusing on his "family and personal recovery," the firm said, adding that its operations remain under the management of its current leadership team and authorized personnel.
The Council for Estate Agencies' website shows Lim is registered with PLB from May 29 to Dec. 31, according to AsiaOne.

Lim had resigned as PLB’s CEO in January after he was involved in an alleged extra-marital affair with then vice-president Grayce Tan. The allegations first surfaced on social media before escalating into a media frenzy. Tan also resigned from the company at the time.
Co-founded by Lim in 2017, PropertyLimBrothers built its profile on home tour videos and property analysis content, often featuring the co-founder himself.
In the months following the controversy, a number of PLB agents reportedly left the firm for rivals. A separate wave of departures was also seen at KW Singapore, another property agency founded by Lim.
In April, PLB conducted a layoff at its media arm as part of a restructuring "towards a leaner, technology-enabled operating model," as reported by The Edge Singapore.
PLB’s other co-founder, Adrian Lim, in May led a team of PLB salespeople to join another agency, PropNex Realty, as reported by The Straits Times.
Tan, meanwhile, has reportedly joined a different agency, OrangeTee, and resumed posting real estate content on her social media since June 12, though Lim's accounts remain private.
