By Tuesday, Lim’s name had disappeared from the company’s leadership website, where he had been listed as CEO. Grayce Tan, PLB’s vice president for strategy and his alleged affair partner, was also removed from the page, Mothership reported.
Lim is married with four children. Tan is married as well, but not to him.
Lim’s home tour videos often pull in more than 20,000 views. Tan is also an influencer with more than 190,000 followers on Instagram, where she goes by @babygrayce.

Their alleged cheating scandal became widespread on the internet after a Reddit user posted in the r/SingaporeInfluencers forum on Monday asking if the duo were having an affair, citing speculation elsewhere, The Straits Times reported.
Within hours, online sleuths began combing through the pair’s extensive digital footprint. Users shared holiday photos that appear to show them together, critical Glassdoor reviews of their company and images of their spouses, along with links to Lim’s past preaching on a local Christian blog and Tan’s wedding photos.
Some users then pointed to a video allegedly filmed from an office unit opposite Lim’s. The clip supposedly captured moaning sounds as the person recording tried to move closer to the source, according to AsiaOne.
A man resembling Lim later steps out holding what looks like a packet of wet tissues before returning inside. He and a woman are then seen at the doorway, after which the woman leaves and the man locks up.
The following day, a user shared a screenshot of what was said to be a private WhatsApp message from Lim to company staff.
In the message, he reportedly apologized for his "personal mistake" and said both he and Tan would resign from their roles.
"I take full responsibility for that, and I want to apologise sincerely for the disappointment and distraction this has caused the team," the message read.
"This situation is mine to own, and I ask for your understanding that no speculation, or pressure be placed on any parties in any way. I also ask for your help that the team respects the privacy of both our families during this period."
Local media outlets have reached out to PLB, but no comments on the alleged scandal have been published.
Set up in 2017 by Melvin and Adrian Lim, who met in 2004 while training as prison officers with the Singapore Prison Service, the agency is known for its polished home tour videos, which it says it was the first to adopt at the time. Its slogan is "Real estate with integrity."
