Besides, it will sell shares to telecom giant Viettel and its subsidiary this year to increase its capital by another VND700 billion ($30.36 million), and an ESOP will add a further VND192.4 billion.
Its capital will thus increase by a total of 38 percent this year to VND38.68 trillion.
The bank targets a 20 percent increase in pre-tax profits to VND13.2 trillion this year, and credit growth of 10-11 percent.
Its MBB share has surged by over 84 percent this year.
