Masterise Homes has been transforming the urban landscape of Vietnam, consistently developing high-end, branded projects and creating modern residential communities over the past decade.

This journey began with the Masteri Thao Dien project in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City in 2024. Since then, Masterise Homes has expanded its portfolio to include dozens of high-quality projects in major cities, solidifying its reputation with guaranteed progress and legal compliance.

Pioneering branded real estate

Branded real estate began gaining popularity in Vietnam in mid-2021 when Masterise Homes introduced its first branded projects. The strategic partnership with Marriott International, the world's largest hotel group, brought forth Vietnam's first branded residence—Grand Marina Saigon, also Marriott's largest branded real estate project globally.

Grand Marina Saigon, rooted in Ba Son's historical legacy, was developed into a luxury complex featuring residential and commercial towers. It is now part of Marriott's elite collection of nearly 130 branded real estates properties across 46 countries.

In late 2023, the Lake Tower, the first residential building in this complex, was launched, introducing the first Marriott Residences-branded apartments in Vietnam.

In May 2024, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi, was inaugurated at 22-24 Hang Bai Street, Hoan Kiem District, marking this luxury brand's first entry into Vietnam.

Creating global communities

Residents of these branded real estate projects enjoy world-class services from Marriott International, while luxury apartment residents benefit from Masterise Property Management's expertise. The projects feature a blend of multi-functional living spaces and community-building events, from swimming competitions for young residents to outdoor movie screenings for families.

Masterise Homes believes these community-oriented values help foster cohesive, modern communities.

Tien, a financial consultant, and his wife chose Masteri Center Point in late 2023 after extensive research across Ho Chi Minh City. Tien appreciates its convenient location, private utilities, and the elevated lifestyle it offers his family.

In Hanoi, Xuan and her family moved to Masteri West Heights, drawn by the green spaces and open views. After half a year, Xuan says she's delighted with the tranquil environment and diverse, family-friendly amenities.

Legal security

Masterise Homes has established its reputation with high-end properties and reliable legal assurances.

Projects like Lumière Riverside and Grand Marina Saigon have already provided pink books (ownership certificates) to their residents.

Tuong Duy, a resident of Lumière Riverside, expressed appreciation for the timely issuance of these certificates, which he received within four months of submitting documents, a faster turnaround than most.

Masterise Homes emphasizes that these ownership certificates reinforce asset value and security for homeowners, enhancing their quality of life and providing peace of mind.

Community contributions

Beyond real estate, Masterise supports the community through impactful partnerships.

One example is the zero-emission school toilets project in Soc Trang Province under the "Innovation for Children - Future Changing Initiative," co-developed with UNICEF, exemplifying the company's commitment to ESG practices.

The initiative implements climate-resilient technology in schools, particularly in areas affected by climate change, and promotes STEM education and hygiene programs.

Additionally, thousands of Great Unity houses have been built across regions, especially in mountainous areas, through partnerships with the Vietnam Fatherland Central Committee.

A representative from Masterise Homes stated that over the past decade, the company has remained committed to raising living standards, setting new market benchmarks, and making positive contributions to society.

"These commitments will continue to guide us on the next journey," affirmed the representative.
