South Korean singer-actress visits Nha Trang

The singer-actress uploaded photos taken during a vacation on her Instagram account on Thursday. Fans immediately recognized her destination, Vietnam’s coastal town of Nha Trang.

Lee visited an eatery on Dong Da street, which serves traditional Vietnamese dishes and is famous among South Korean tourists.

The place’s interior design uses a lot of traditional elements, with wooden furniture and walls painted in emerald green, orange, and yellow. Decoration items include various lanterns and oil paintings.
Dishes are served in antique-inspiring bowls and put on bamboo trays, referencing Vietnamese traditional meals, much favored by foreign tourists.

The menu included homemade dishes from different regions throughout Vietnam. Dishes are served in small portions, convenient for those that prefer to try various different things.

Among the best-selling dishes of the eatery is a set of traditional snacks, including banh cuon (steamed rice rolls), banh uot (steamed thin rice cake), and nem nuong (grilled pork sausages).
Each of the dishes has between two and three servings, so customers can try all of them without getting too full.

The artist said she fell for tropical fruits in Vietnam, especially mango and watermelon.

She stayed at a beach resort with a lot of green spaces.

She also shared a moment of herself hanging out with cats during her trip.
Lee, 29, started her career in the entertainment industry as a member of the idol girl group Girl’s Day and has been active as a singer, actress, and TV personality.
With the success of her lead role in the 2015 drama series "Reply 1988," she became one of the highest paid commercial models in South Korea.
