Hanoi to ban vehicles from West Lake streets for Tet drone performances

Sections of several streets in Hanoi's Tay Ho District would see vehicles banned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings in preparation of Lunar New Year's Eve light shows involving 2,024 drones.
